Document translation — all of India, by courier and email
Certified document translations you can trust
Birth certificates, degrees, marksheets, police clearance, affidavits. We translate your document and arrange the certification your visa office, university or court asks for — and we tell you what that is before you pay.
A clear photo of your document is enough for us to prepare a quotation. You will know the price and the estimated delivery time before you pay anything.
Start with your document
Each document has different certification rules and different reasons it gets rejected.
- Birth certificate Certified translation of Indian birth certificates for visas, school admissions and citizenship — including late registrations and name mismatches.
- Marriage certificate Certified translation of Indian marriage certificates for spouse visas and name changes, including Hindu Marriage Act and Special Marriage Act registrations.
- Degree certificate Certified translation of Indian degree and convocation certificates for foreign universities, credential evaluators and employers.
- Marksheet and transcript Certified translation of semester marksheets and consolidated transcripts for credential evaluation — where volume, grading notation and completeness matter most.
- Police clearance certificate Certified translation of Indian PCCs for immigration and employment abroad, where validity windows and the issuing authority matter as much as the text.
- Death certificate Certified translation of Indian death certificates for inheritance, pension, insurance and repatriation matters, handled with the care the circumstances deserve.
How it works
- 1
Send the document
Send us a clear photo or scanned copy of your document via WhatsApp or email. You do not need to post the original to get a quote.
- 2
We confirm what you need
We ask which country and organisation will receive your document. Their requirements help determine whether certification, notarisation or an apostille is needed.
- 3
You approve the price
Before we begin, we provide a written quotation and confirm the expected delivery date.
- 4
You receive it
We email you a PDF and send a signed hard copy by courier if the receiving authority requires a physical document.
Certified, notarised or apostilled?
Certification, notarisation and apostille are different processes. Submitting a document with the wrong type of authentication may result in its rejection.
- Certified translation A complete translation with a signed statement of accuracy, our letterhead and our contact details, so the receiving authority can verify it.
- Notarised translation A certified translation where a notary public witnesses and records the translator's declaration, adding their own seal and register entry.
- Sworn translation What 'sworn' means in the countries that use the term, why a translation certified in India may not substitute, and how to establish which your authority actually requires.
- Apostille and document attestation We prepare and translate documents for the apostille or embassy attestation chain, and tell you which route your destination country actually requires.
- Urgent and same-day translation Priority handling for tight deadlines, with an honest account of which steps can be accelerated and which depend on third parties.
Not sure what you need?
Tell us which office asked for the document and what they said. If your document does not require a paid translation or certification service, we will let you know.
